EPF ESI

ü  Calculation of P.F. & E.S.I.C. Contribution from Salary & Wages Sheet;

ü  Submission of Online P.F. & E.S.I.C. Contribution and Payment;

ü  Other necessary works;

ü  Verify new joiner information to ensure that EPF, ESI, Banking details are correctly updated and Preparation of monthly return;

ü  Ensure to enroll new joiners on EFP and ESIC portal and the ESIC certificate must be issued within 10 days of joining;

ü  Processing of left employees based on employment terms and ensure to collect investment proofs to calculate correct tax liability and ensure to pay encashment days and Gratuity must be paid;

ü  Ensure that periodically payment input like incentives, referral bonus, joining bonus etc. are correct and deduct TDS before paying to respective employee;
